Kiss My Face has a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, no refund or exchange can be offered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are not accepted. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards and some health and personal care items.

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. The purchase should not be sent back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will only receive a partial refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly, a gift credit for the value of the return will be received. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to later, a refund will be sent to the gift giver and they will find out about the return.
